The French term “Concierge” evolved from the “Compte de Cierges” (keeper of the candles), who tended to visiting nobles in castles of medieval era. In upscale establishments, a concierge is often expected to “achieve the impossible”, dealing with any request a guest may have, no matter how apocryphal or strange, relying on an extensive list of personal contacts with various local merchants and service providers.

You may recognize our Concierge through the golden keys in the lapel of his uniform. These gold crossed keys are the symbol of the organization: “Clefs D’Or”. They are a symbol of security and quality of service. From here you can call a wide and varied range of resources to make your journey something truly unique, ensuring your experience more rewarding. The sensible advice, anecdotes, clear instructions and, especially, his attentive listening, our Concierge will make its best ally. He speaks English, Portuguese, French, Italian and Spanish fluently.

For any help, please feel free to contact him directly via e-mail:
